Permit Information:

The Stonegate Village Metropolitan District (“SVMD”) is the holder of an MS-4 Permit related to stormwater management at its facilities. The Permit requires that SVMD post general information about its MS-4 Permit and its procedures publicly to inform residents of procedures and provide information about how to provide feedback to SVMD if any questions arise.  To meet these goals SVMD posted the Agenda for the Board of Directors meeting on September 24, 2025, hosted the meeting with public present, and passed a Resolution stating that they unanimously approve of the posting of the MS-4 Permit general information on its public website.  The Resolution can be found in the Meetings section on this website.

In general terms, the MS-4 Permit is a stormwater management program that SVMD is required to maintain in order to be in compliance with CDPHE regulations at its facilities.  It consists of annual reporting, mapping, public outreach, intergovernmental coordination, and in this case developing a PDD (Program Description Document) to name a few.

The PDD contains, but is not limited to the following sections:

·       The Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination section (IDDE)

·       General Education and Outreach section

·       District Map and Facilities List Section

·       Construction Site Policy Section

The PDD and all Permit components are updated and maintained in the District Engineering files at the Office of the District Engineer.  The PDD is a continually evolving program which requires at least annual updates that coincide with the submittal for the Annual Report.  Up to date documents are available for review upon request to the SVMD District Administration office either by the general phone number posted on this website or by email through this portal.
