If you received passes in 2023, STOP!  Your passes have been activated and you do not need to submit a pool application.  Only submit a pool application if you are a new resident. All residents must have a pool pass by June 7th, 2024 to gain admittance to the South pool.

2024 SOUTH POOL Open Date:  Saturday, May 24, 2025 (Memorial Day Weekend)

2024 SOUTH POOL Close Date:  Monday, September 1, 2025 (Labor Day)

REGULAR POOL HOURS (MAY/JUNE/JULY ):

MONDAYS - FRIDAYS: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

SATURDAYS - SUNDAYS: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.

HOLIDAYS: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

​LAP SWIM: M/W/F  6 - 7:30 a.m. until August 2nd.

GUESTS: Use of the recreational facilities is a privilege afforded to residents. The facility is also available for use to resident's guests. Guests may be admitted only if accompanied by a resident. The resident is responsible for any fees and all conduct of their guests. Each household can have up to six (6) guests at any one time (except for after hours pool parties). Each family is entitled to ten (10) guest passes free of charge. Additional guest passes may be purchased for $3 per guest.

SPECIAL LATE SEASON HOURS (AUG/SEPT) and POOL ACCESS LIMITATIONS:

Starting in August, during the week, the wading pool and north pool will be closed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please be advised that pool parties are unable to be accommodated after August 7, 2025.

Stonegate Village offers a vast aquatic complex that is comprised of a 8 lane lap pool with cove/handicap access,  6 lane dive pool with a 6 foot water slide, zero-depth entry splash pool with a 15 foot water slide; including, two water features, and a separate wading pool for “little swimmers”. In addition to the aquatic facilities, residents can enjoy four lighted tennis courts, expansive parks and multiple playgrounds.

This facility is owned by the Stonegate Village Metro District and Managed by Front Range Recreation. 

Only residents of the district and their guests are permitted. This facility does not accept outside members.

​Parties and Facility Rentals  In order to rent the facility or to make inquiries, please visit www.frontrangerecreation.com for the South pool. DAY PARTIES: During the daily operation of the facility, members may not host any type of party. EVENING PARTIES: Any adult member (21 or older) may rent the facility for evening functions from 8 to 10PM Sunday through Thursday and 8 to 11PM Friday- Saturday subject to pre-payment of the rental fee ($25) and provision of a signed Contract and Facility Use Agreement. Reservations must be made no less than two weeks in advance of the activity and may be made six months in advance on a first come, first served basis. Additional lifeguard fees apply based on total projected attendance at $35 per hour per guard, with a minimum of two (2) lifeguards.  

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ALL PARTIES: (Please refer a/so to the Contract and Use Agreement which contains more specifics.) 1. A minimum of two lifeguards for two hours is required in order to rent the facility. One lifeguard is required for every additional 25 people. The lifeguard fee is $35.00 /hour per lifeguard. Lifeguard hourly fee is subject to change at any time without prior notice. There is a required security deposit of $100.00. 2. The Board or Pool Management Company may use its discretion to increase the number of lifeguards required, or raise the security deposit, depending upon the type of function for which the facility is being used. 3. Evening parties may begin at 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and parties must end by 10:00 p.m. (music turned off and clean up to begin at 9:30 p.m.). On Friday and Saturday parties must end by 11:00 p.m. (music turned off and clean up to begin at 10:30 p.m.) Please note that the hours between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the pool is open for general use. Please be respectful of other members and their use of the pool until normal closing hours. Please do not move any tables prior to closing. 4. Adult members must be present at the function. 

​THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT POOLS WITH TWO DIFFERENT ACCESS SYSTEMS

Use of the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District (SVMD) and Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District (SNVMD) swim and tennis facilities are available to residents of the District. A “resident” is defined as someone residing within the borders of the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District or Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District and whose water bill reflects an assessment of the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District.  Residents who occupy a rental property or multifamily dwelling must provide proof of residency (water bill and/or government issued ID).

INFORMATION ABOUT ACCESSING SNVMD FACILITIES:

• SNVMD's pool and tennis courts are located north of Lincoln Ave. (near Chaparral HS)
• New PHONE-BASED access system for both the north pool and north tennis facilities.
• These facilities are managed by Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District (SNVMD).
• ALL residents wanting to use the north pool or north tennis must register with a new electronic system.
