Located in unincorporated Douglas County, Colorado, the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District is responsible for four important operations and maintenance services for the following District resources:

Water & Wastewater

The District strives provide high quality, reasonably priced wastewater treatment services for its customers today and well into the future. To that end the wastewater treatment plant is currently undergoing receiving upgrades to improve efficiency and capacity.

Drainage-Way Maintenance

Stonegate completed the Newlin Gulch improvement project with Douglas County and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to construct drainage improvements and a new foot bridge within Newlin Gulch just West of Jordan Rd.
