STONEGATE SOUTH POOL REGISTRATION
The Stonegate Village requires all residents to register online for the South Pool. The registration process is mandatory and residents who have not registered using the following steps outlined below will not be allowed access to the pool.

STEP ONE: REGISTER ONLINE
Registration for the upcoming season can be accessed at: www.svmd.org (Residents will need their water bill account number/ Condo Residents must consult their condo management for access document).
STEP TWO: COLLECT PROPER PAPER WORK FOR PICTURE ID
Residents must bring a current water bill, valid government ID and registration receipt when they come to the Community Center to take their ID photo.
STEP THREE: TAKE PICTURE ID
All residents over the age of 10 years of age are required to get their pictures taken. Pool staff will be available to take pictures and produce the IDs during pool hours.
THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT POOLS WITH TWO DIFFERENT ACCESS SYSTEMS
Use of the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District (SVMD) and Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District (SNVMD) swim and tennis facilities are available to residents of the District. A “resident” is defined as someone residing within the borders of the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District or Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District and whose water bill reflects an assessment of the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District. Residents who occupy a rental property or multifamily dwelling must provide proof of residency (water bill and/or government issued ID).
There are two recreation facilities available to residents:
The pool and tennis courts located south of Lincoln Ave. are owned and operated by SVMD
The pool and tennis courts located north of Lincoln Ave. are owned and operated by SNVMD

All residents MUST present valid membership cards to the gate monitor when entering the facility. Residents MUST also sign in upon entering the facility. Individuals who do not present a valid membership card will be denied entry to the facility. Parents/Guardians may sign in for children.
Stonegate Village Metropolitan District utilizes an online registration system. The registration is intended to better suit the needs of its residents and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the pool registration process.
The Districts utilizes an electronic ID system and membership cards will be valid every year.
A Pool Identification Card is necessary to enter the pool area. ID cards are issued to each person in the household 10 years and older.
Before entering the pool area, residents MUST SHOW THEIR ID CARD AND SIGN IN WITH THE LIFEGUARDS – NO EXCEPTIONS!
replacement membership cards are available at the pool front desk for a fee of $5.00 per card.
** All new residents will be receiving ID cards and must make one of the designated picture times as soon as the pool opens.
** Only residents of the pool and their guests are permitted.

NEW PROCEDURES for SNVMD NORTH POOL AND NORTH TENNIS ACCESS
New PHONE-BASED access system for both the north pool and north tennis facilities.
These facilities are managed by Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District (SNVMD).
ALL residents wanting to use the north pool or north tennis must register with a new electronic system.
