The Stonegate and Lincoln Park Pools are typcially open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend each year, and select days.  Please call each pool for actual hours of operations, 720.851.3093 for the Stonegate Pool (south pool) and 720.851.8178 for the Lincoln Park Pool (north pool).

SPECIAL HOURS

Late Season Hours: Starting August 10 th during the week the wading pool and north pool will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Swim Team: June 1 to July 8 (weekdays only) the Lap pool (north) is closed from 5:45-7:00 p.m. due to swim team practice. The Wading pool and Dive pool (south) will be open to the members during that time.

Parties and Facility Rentals

 

In order to rent the facility or to make inquiries, please phone 720.851.3093 for the Stonegate Pool.

 

DAY PARTIES:

During the daily operation of the facility, members may host small gatherings of no more than fifteen (15) people by making a reservation. Guest passes must be used for any such gathering. If additional lifeguards are needed, the party host is responsible for lifeguard fees of $25 per hour per guard. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Please observe the party limit for safety reasons and so that other members’ usage is not compromised. Other than identified here, the Pool area cannot be blocked for private parties during normal daily operations. Failure to comply may result in removal of the party from the pool and forfeiture of memberships.

 

EVENING PARTIES:

Any adult member (21 or older) may rent the facility for evening functions subject to pre-payment of the rental fee and provision of a signed Contract and Facility Use Agreement. Reservations must be made no less than two weeks in advance of the activity and may be made six months in advance on a first come, first served basis. Additional lifeguard fees apply based on total projected attendance at $25 per hour per guard.

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ALL PARTIES:

(Please refer also to the Contract and Use Agreement which contains more specifics.)

1. A minimum of two lifeguards for two hours is required in order to rent the facility. One lifeguard is required for every additional (30) people. The lifeguard fee is $25.00/hour per lifeguard. Lifeguard hourly fee is subject to change at any time without prior notice. There is a required security deposit of $100.00.

2. The Board or Pool Management Company may use its discretion to increase the number of lifeguards required, or raise the security deposit, depending upon the type of function for which the facility is being used.

3. Evening parties may begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and parties must end by 10:00 p.m. (music turned off and clean up to begin at 9:30 p.m.). On Friday and Saturday parties must end by 11:00 p.m. (music turned off and clean up to begin at 10:30 p.m.) Setup may not begin prior to 5:30 p.m. Please note that the hours between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the pool is open for general use. Please be respectful of other members and their use of the pool until normal closing hours. Please do not move any tables prior to closing.

4. Adult members must be present at the function. 

 

GUESTS:

Use of the recreational facilities is a privilege afforded to residents. The facility is also available for use to resident’s guests. Guests may be admitted only if accompanied by a resident. The resident is responsible for any fees and all conduct of their guests. A resident may not have more than six (6) guests at any one time (except for paid parties as described later). Each family is entitled to ten (10) guest passes free of charge to use between the Stonegate Pool and the Lincoln Park Pool.

 

Additional guest passes may be purchased (charged to your water bill) in increments of (10) for $30.00 per card. Additional guest passes may be purchased by filling out a form available at the pool front desk and expire at the end of the season.

 

The procedure for admitting guests is as follows: Member must accompany guests for the entire time they use the facility. The guest(s) will be asked to sign in and the gate monitor will digitally record each guest entering the facility. The guest pass is good all day, however, if the guest leaves they must sign-in again when they return.
