The Stonegate Rebate Program is currently available, but time is quickly running out! The program will be phased out beginning June 1, 2012. Hurry to take advantage of rebates on low-flow toilets, high-efficiency washing machines, evapotranspiration irrigation controllers, rotary nozzles, Smartscape renovation and Comprehensive Educational Outreach, Inspection and Audits. Thousands of dollars are currently available, but don’t let the opportunity pass you by. These rebates are only being offered for a limited time. The Comprehensive Educational Outreach, Inspection and Audit Rebate provides an educational outreach service, inspection of previously awarded rebate project work and indoor and outdoor audits to those residents who participated in the rebate program. Read More
Lincoln Park Customers - A new line item has been added to your water bills for 2011- "CR". This fee is to cover capital construction costs for the New Community Center, and operations and maintenance costs for the year.
Stonegate is working with Douglas County and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to construct drainage improvements and a new foot bridge within Newlin Gulch just West of Jordan Rd. Please see the link above for more information.
